180 training points for Stan Foland

  Stan Foland was a 280+ CB talent when I found him on the hire list. He rose to 297 CB points before maxing in his 4 main skills. Still, he was not maxed overall. Later he gained another 5 race training points to become a 302 pt cobbler. And still he was not maxed despite having received 179 training points in total at that time.
  
  Today I decided to train him 1 last point in HL to complete his training and to send Foland to TT-center. Otherwise I was risking not having him ready by TwA.
  
  Let's see what he can do against the other CB guys.
